We are unable to process policy cancellations more than 14 days in advance. Please contact us closer to the intended cancellation date.

Please note that once your insurance is cancelled, you must submit a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN) to the DVLA. This confirms your vehicle won't be driven on public roads and exempts you from paying vehicle tax and insurance while it's off the road.

As a claim has been made, there may be no refund due from the insurer. Therefore you will be charged the full annual premium, plus any cancellation fees.

If you proceed with cancellation, you will not be able to work with Courier / Haulage Exchange.
