A partnership that works: Case study with Coalfield Community Transport
One of the most powerful examples of this partnership in action comes from our work with Coalfield Community Transport, a dedicated independent charity in East Ayrshire, delivering vital services across their local area, via a fleet of 22 vehicles.
In recent years, rising insurance costs and a lack of responsive service from brokers had become a growing concern for Coalfield Community Transport.
Despite having no major incidents, their annual premium nearly doubled, from around £20,000 to close to £40,000, highlighting the increasing financial strain many community transport providers are facing across the sector.
